1. About Fanvora
Fanvora ("Fanvora", "we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing and social media growth service operated from Romania, within the European Union. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, currently available at fanvora.co, and any order placed through our platform.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any other policies referenced on our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in order to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself or any business entity you represent.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service at our discretion where we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, abusive conduct, suspicious activity, or any activity that may expose us, our providers, or other users to legal or commercial risk.
3. Nature of the Services
Fanvora provides digital promotion and social media growth services for public social media profiles, including services relating to followers and similar engagement metrics for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Our services are fulfilled through external infrastructure and third-party providers. This means that we may source delivery through independent providers, reseller networks, or other third-party service systems. We act as an intermediary and service operator. We do not own or control the underlying third-party accounts, automation systems, delivery infrastructure, or technical methods used by those external providers.
We do not require your password and we do not request direct access credentials to your social media account. In most cases, the only information required to process an order is your public profile link or username, as applicable.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance, or any other social media platform referenced on our website. All trademarks, platform names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
4. No Guarantee of Platform Acceptance
You understand and acknowledge that social media platforms may change their policies, algorithms, moderation systems, spam detection rules, enforcement methods, or technical standards at any time and without notice.
As a result, platforms may, at their sole discretion:
- remove followers, likes, views, or other engagement metrics;
- reduce the visibility or reach of an account;
- flag activity as inauthentic, spam-related, or policy-sensitive;
- restrict, suspend, or otherwise take action against an account.
Fanvora does not guarantee that any platform will accept, retain, preserve, or continue displaying any delivered followers or engagement metrics for any particular period of time.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that use of these services may involve platform-related risks and that you accept those risks as your own.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree that:
- your profile or content page will remain public for the full duration of the delivery period;
- the username, handle, link, or profile URL you submit is accurate and belongs to you or to a profile you are authorized to promote;
- you will not change your username, make your profile private, merge accounts, or otherwise interfere with delivery while an order is in progress;
- you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the rules, terms, and policies of the platform on which your account exists;
- you understand that our services are intended for promotional use and do not constitute official advertising services of the social media platform itself.
Orders submitted with an incorrect username or URL may be delayed, misdirected, partially fulfilled, or impossible to complete. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates only. While many orders are completed within approximately 24 to 72 hours, actual delivery speed may vary depending on platform conditions, provider capacity, order size, account status, technical issues, or anti-spam controls.
Certain products, including gradual or "natural growth" style services, may be delivered in smaller batches over an extended period in order to reduce abrupt delivery patterns. We do not guarantee exact start times, exact completion times, or uninterrupted delivery.
A delay in delivery does not by itself entitle you to a refund, provided the order is still actively processing or being completed within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
7. Fluctuations and Drops
You acknowledge that followers and similar metrics may fluctuate after delivery. Such fluctuations may occur due to platform moderation, account clean-ups, detection systems, algorithm changes, provider-side removals, user attrition, or other causes outside our control.
Minor or moderate drops may occur naturally. In some cases, larger removals may also occur, including removal of an entire delivered batch. Fanvora does not guarantee a permanent, fixed, or lifetime number of followers unless a specific product page explicitly states otherwise and such guarantee is expressly offered by us in writing.
Unless expressly stated on the product page, metric fluctuations, retention changes, or post-delivery decreases do not automatically qualify for a refund.
8. Third-Party Providers
Our services may rely on third-party providers and third-party fulfillment systems. By using Fanvora, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the method of fulfillment may involve third parties selected by us;
- we do not control the internal systems, account sources, automation tools, or operational methods used by those providers;
- we are not liable for provider-side changes, interruptions, capacity limits, delivery pauses, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to change providers, routing methods, service sources, or fulfillment infrastructure at any time in order to maintain continuity, pricing, or service availability.
9. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR, unless otherwise stated. Any alternative currency display is approximate and shown for convenience only. Final settlement may be processed in EUR, and your payment provider or bank may apply its own exchange rate, fees, or conversion adjustments.
Payments are processed through external payment service providers, including but not limited to Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the full amount of your order.
We reserve the right to change prices, suspend offers, modify product descriptions, or remove services at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect orders already successfully paid and confirmed.
Discount codes, promotional credits, and other offers may be subject to separate conditions and may be withdrawn, limited, or refused in cases of abuse, fraud, duplication, or technical error.
10. Digital Services and Right of Withdrawal
By placing an order for a digital promotional service and proceeding to payment, you expressly request that performance of the service begin before the expiry of any otherwise applicable withdrawal period.
You also acknowledge that, once performance of the digital service has begun, your cancellation and refund rights may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Romanian law or under the laws of your EU country of residence where such rights cannot legally be excluded. Consumer rights in distance contracts and digital services are regulated under EU consumer rules and Romanian law, and any waiver must be obtained clearly before service performance begins.
11. Refund Policy
Because our services are digital, promotional, and often begin processing shortly after purchase, refunds are limited.
11.1 Refunds may be considered where:
- an order was paid successfully but was never started or never delivered at all;
- the service is confirmed as failed on our side and no meaningful delivery was made;
- duplicate payment occurred due to a technical billing issue.
11.2 Refunds will generally not be granted where:
- delivery has started, is in progress, or has been completed in full or in part;
- the submitted profile was private, incorrect, inaccessible, restricted, or changed during delivery;
- the customer changed the username, handle, or profile URL during processing;
- the platform removed followers or engagement after delivery;
- the account was flagged, restricted, suspended, or otherwise affected by platform enforcement;
- the customer simply changed their mind after processing began.
11.3 Partial delivery
If an order is materially underdelivered, we may, at our discretion:
- complete the missing portion;
- issue store credit;
- or provide a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered part.
11.4 Refund request window
Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the order date by contacting hello@fanvora.co, together with the order number and relevant details. This request window does not itself create a guaranteed right to a refund where the service has already begun or been completed, and any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Mandatory EU consumer protections still apply where they cannot be contractually excluded.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute dishonestly, abusively, or in bad faith in relation to services that were delivered, partially delivered, or properly initiated in accordance with these Terms.
We maintain transaction logs, system records, timestamps, service status updates, and customer confirmations, and we may submit such records to payment processors, banks, or dispute-resolution bodies in order to contest chargebacks.
If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at hello@fanvora.co so that we have a reasonable opportunity to review and address the matter before a formal dispute is initiated.
13. Accounts
Creating an account may be optional for some purchases, but where an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that:
- violates these Terms;
- is used abusively or fraudulently;
- is associated with harassment, threats, spam, or repeated payment disputes;
- poses technical, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
14. Reviews, User Content, and Promotions
If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, or other user content to Fanvora, you confirm that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or spam.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, refuse, remove, or not publish reviews and other submissions at our discretion.
Any discount codes, review incentives, referral credits, or promotional benefits are:
- non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise;
- subject to validity periods;
- subject to cancellation in cases of abuse, fraud, duplicate use, or manipulation.
15. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
- in a way that infringes third-party rights;
- in a way that attempts to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, or disrupt our systems;
- in connection with impersonation, identity misuse, stolen accounts, hacked accounts, or unauthorized account access;
- in any way that would expose us to legal claims, regulatory action, or serious reputational harm.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or terminate any customer relationship where we reasonably suspect misuse or elevated risk.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanvora provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability of the website;
- error-free processing;
- uninterrupted access to any third-party provider;
- permanent retention of delivered followers or engagement;
- compatibility with every account type, platform update, or moderation system.
Any descriptions on the website regarding safety, gradual delivery, or natural-looking fulfillment are descriptive only and do not constitute a guarantee that a platform will not detect, reduce, remove, or act upon delivered engagement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanvora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, commercial, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunity;
- loss of goodwill;
- decrease in account reputation;
- audience loss;
- account restrictions, reduced reach, suspension, or removal by any platform.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable matters where applicable. Under Romanian law, exclusion and limitation clauses are construed restrictively, especially in consumer relationships.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fanvora website, including but not limited to text, branding, graphics, design elements, logos, layout, software, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Fanvora unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, or exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
19. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of our services may involve the processing of limited personal data, such as your email address, order details, IP address, payment-related metadata, and public social media profile identifiers.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed as necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, service fulfillment, and compliance with legal obligations.
20. Service Changes and Availability
We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of the website, any product offering, or any service feature, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, or unavailability of a service where such change is due to provider changes, platform changes, technical events, legal concerns, or commercial necessity.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the website or continued placement of orders after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
Where permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory protections or rights granted to you under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
