1. Digital-only store
Fanvora sells digital products only. Nothing on Fanvora is physically shipped, mailed, or couriered. Every product in our catalogue is delivered electronically.
2. How delivery works
After your payment clears, we deliver your purchase through the following channels:
- An access link on your order confirmation screen at checkout.
- An email sent to the address you used at checkout, containing the download link or access instructions.
- A record of your purchase inside your account, if you have one, so you can re-open the delivery at any time.
3. Delivery timing
Digital delivery is automatic and typically happens within a few seconds of a successful payment. There is no manual fulfilment step.
4. If you don't receive your product
If the confirmation email doesn't arrive, check:
- your spam, promotions, or junk folder;
- that the email you entered at checkout is correct and spelled properly;
- whether your inbox is full or rejecting messages from new senders.
If the product is still not accessible, contact us at hello@fanvora.co with your order ID and we will re-send your delivery.
5. No shipping fees
Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping fees, carrier charges, customs duties, or delivery windows associated with any order on Fanvora. The price shown at checkout is the full price.
6. Relationship to the Refund Policy
Because delivery happens instantly on payment, all purchases are considered delivered as soon as the checkout completes. See the Refund Policy for what this means in practice.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy as our delivery systems evolve. The current version will always be published on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
