Refund Policy

1. All sales are final
Fanvora sells digital informational products — curated vendor and supplier lists delivered electronically. Because the content of each product is delivered instantly on payment and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and refunds are not offered once an order has been placed.
2. Consent at checkout
At checkout, you are required to confirm that you understand and accept that the product is digital, that delivery begins immediately on successful payment, and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) or equivalent national transpositions.
3. What is not grounds for a refund
- Change of mind after purchase.
- A vendor in the list declining to supply you, pricing you differently, or ceasing operations after delivery.
- Your inability to resell the items you sourced.
- The market price of the underlying goods changing after delivery.
- Claims that the information was "already known" or "could be found elsewhere".
4. Technical delivery failures
If, due to a verifiable technical failure on our side, you were charged but did not receive the product (no delivery email, no access in your account), contact us at hello@fanvora.co within 14 days of the charge. We will either redeliver the product or, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for that specific order. This exception does not apply once delivery has been confirmed.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered abusive. We retain transaction logs, delivery logs, access timestamps, and your explicit checkout consent as evidence and will respond to any chargeback accordingly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery action.
